Medium deep ruby colour with an orange rim. Fine purity and intensity with layers of wild red berries, kirsch, truffle, smoke, cocoa and fine tobacco. The palate offers a tremendous concentration, yet without hard edges, perfectly melted tannins and layers of supple red fruit, jammed cherry, mild spices, a gentle hint of oak. Superbly flavour intense combining power and finesse with a gorgeous and very persistent finish.
