Pascal Henin – Tradition – NV

Light golden colour with a youthful vivid mousseux. Vinous nose with white flower, yellow fruit, brioche and lees contact and perhaps a hint of oak / toastiness. The palate has a good bite, full bodied with generous stone fruit, a creamy texture, spicy with brioche, butter and pastry, good substance and length.
