Bright light golden colour with a copper hue. The nose is intense and aromatic displaying fresh herbs, lime, lemongrass and pale stone fruit notes. The palate has a nice density, fresh and crisp with ripe citrus, barely ripe stone fruit and an herbal spiciness like lemongrass and fresh mint, nice hint of extract/skin presence without bitterness and a long vigorous finish.
