Bright young straw colour with a green hue. The nose exhibits some chalky notes, lemongrass, wild herbs, white fleshed fruit and lime zest. Some more tropical flavours on the palate, fresh pineapple, a creamy mid palate with some lees derived butter and toast notes yet with a fresh backbone and a fine length.
