Bright straw colour. Youthful and discreet but layered nose with stony/mineral hints, lemon and lime zest, pale stone fruit and an herbal spiciness. The palate has a rather rounded acidity and texture with crushed apple, citrus and herbal flavours followed by a medium to long finish.
