Medium deep golden colour with a fine mousseux. Mature and developed nose, nougat, liquorice, spicy notes with ripe stone fruit and candied citrus. The palate is soft and rounded, mature and creamy with sweet fruit character, pastry notes and a rather long, rounded finish.
