Pasquale Pelissero – Cascina Crosa – 2017

Medium deep ruby red colour with a tawny hue. Layered nose with fine tobacco, chocolate praline, red cherry and ginger bread spices. Good volume on the palate, youthful but with ripe tannin a fresh backbone, pure red fruit flavours, mild spices and a long finely spicy finish.
