Paternoster – Don Anselmo – 2009

Medium deep ruby with a rusty rim. Sweet nose of dried fruit, herbs and cedar wood. The palate has a good crispiness, fresh acidity and marked tannin with red cherry, herbs and spicy notes, rather long, still a bit austere on the finish.
