Patrice Guay – Cuvée Tradition – NV

Light golden colour with vivid young bubbles. Pure nose, rather vinous with some autolys, fresh stone fruit, citrus and crushed nuts. Medium weight on the palate, fresh and generous with good proportions some maturity and complexity, yet a youthful texture and good length.
