Medium deep pink colour with a copper hue and fine bubbles. The nose offers some creamy nougat, butterscotch and sweet red berry fruit. Youthful palate, rather intense mousse with discreet fruit, some creamy lees notes with a rounded acidity and a medium to long finish with a hint of bitterness.
