Clear, light to medium golden colour and medium intense bubbles. Rather roasted nose with nutty notes, ripe fruit, windfall, plum, pear, marzipan and a touch of oak, more dark fruity/Pinot-like. The palate is full bodied, rather low dosage but sweet/ripe fruitiness, with a bold and long finish. A ripe, nutty and vinous Champagne with Pinot dominance it feels.
