Paul Cluver Wines – Chardonnay – 2010

A quite austere and reductive style with less oak and a notion of minerality, citrus and nuts; seems rather like Burgundian wine; appealing brightness on the palate, very zesty and fresh with elegant fruit - peach and apricot, a certain minerality and long aftertaste, fine balance and complexity.
