Paul Lebrun – Extra Brut – NV

Light golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousse. Fresh and primary nose, still young with lime, lemon, green apple notes. Light to medium weight, bone dry with a biting acidity, youthful mousse and a medium to long finish. A bit too young to show the complexity of Champagne.
