Paul Lerrede – Millésime – 2011

Pale golden colour with a green hue and young mousse. A light toastiness on the nose with floral notes, fresh apple, pear and citrus. The palate has a nice bite, rather full with a fresh vibrant acidity, mild creaminess, unctuous yellow fruit, some nutty and toasted notes with long persistency. Good substance and drinkability today.
