Ripe Sauvignon, fine oak, gentle creaminess, butter and vanilla, some lees notes, ripe grass, herbs, yellow fruit, confit de citron. Very bright with fine extract and fat only % of the press, bright and long with exotic yellow fruit and a salivating acidity.
