Pere Canals – Castell Sant Antoni Camí del Sot – NV

Pale golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousse. Fresh nose of crushed nuts, green apple, lime and chamomile. Medium bodied with a young foamy mousse, fresh acidity, white fleshed fruit and citrus notes, pure but rather light finish.
