Pere Canals – Castell Sant Antoni Gran Brut – 2010

Bright light golden with a vivid mousse. Pure nose, flinty with some toasted notes, fresh fruit like pear, melon and citrus. The palate is rich and rounded, a slight hint of sweetness it seems, but very fresh acidity and good extract rather mild creamy mousse, and medium to long fruity finish. Pure and fresh but still no aged complexity.
