Pere Canals – Castell Sant Antoni Gran Reserva – 2008

Medium deep golden colour with a gentle mousse. Fine nose, flinty with pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, some nutty and biscuity notes. Fresh and grippy palate with medium body, medium intense creamy mousse, balanced acidity, good grip with zesty flavours and a rather long finish.
