Pere Canals – Castell Sant Antoni Torre de L’Homenatge – 2005

Medium deep golden colour with a fine mousse. Mature and complex nose, nutty with hints of nougat and chestnut, ripe fruit like pear and windfall. The palate is bold in texture but bone dry with a bright freshness, fine creamy mid palate and long nutty finish, fine drinkability and complexity.
