Pere Canals – Castell Sant Antoni Torre de L’Homenatge Gran Reserva – 2003

Medium to deep golden colour with a fine gentle mousse. The nose is intense and mature with biscuits, almond, nougat, honey and butter notes. The palate is creamy and lush with mature flavours, still a fresh backbone, some autolytic notes, nougat and pastry with yellow fruit, still a vital mousse, it seems extra brut with good bite, mature and complex with rather good length. Mature and ready to drink.
