Pere Canals – Cava Castell Sant Antoni Gran Barrica – 2008

Medium deep golden colour. Mature nose with some oak, roasted nuts, windfall and brioche, slightly oxidative style. Lush and creamy palate with autumn fruit, crushed nuts and a rounded acidity, rather long finish. Already mature with good drinkability.
