Pere Ventura – Gran Vintage Brut – 2012

Light golden colour and medium sized bubbles. Rather ripe nose with yellow fruit, some tropical and buttery hints. Medium bodied, still quite youthful texture with a creamy presence fresh acidity, a bit restrained fruit on the palate with a medium to long finish, should still develop.
