Perez Cruz – Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Fragrant and aromatic nose of red currant, cassis, aromatic herbs, fine oak and black tea. Dense palate with a fresh backbone, elegant red fruit and a fresh spiciness of mint, sage and black tea but no green flavours, finely tuned wood and a long lingering finish. More restrained Bordeaux-style.
