Medium deep pink with a copper hue, some evolution and fine mousse, the nose is discreet with some yeasty notes, pear, pink grapefruit, red berries and mild spices, good creaminess on the palate, persistent flavour, fresh and lingering finish, well balanced with a certain complexity and weight.
