Pertignas en Blanc – La Borie – 2016

Medium deep golden colour. Intense nose of tropical fruit with roasted notes, new oak, pineapple, nuts and beeswax. Good grip on the palate, it has the texture of a sweet wine but remains classically dry with bold stone fruit and roasted flavours, fresh acidity underneath and a long finish. Far from classic but very good.
