Medium deep golden colour. Intense and generous nose, butterscotch, vanilla, ripe yellow fruit, fresh butter and perhaps a hint of oak. The palate is unctuous and creamy but balanced by a vibrant acidity and rather low dosage, butter, brioche and yellow fruit notes. Fine extract with very good grip and length.
