Medium deep straw colour, quite fine bubbles. Intense nose here, quite spicy with some floral hints. I get some hints of the lees contact, and there might be a small touch of oak in here. I would talk more about ripe citrus, not super ripe, but more in the medium range. With a certain hint of minerality and nutty notes. Palate is really dry, it is a good bite. I would say more towards extra brut in style, with a quite marked acidity giving it a nice mouth-watering sensation there. I think just like the appearance, the mousse is well integrated, so quite gentle creamy, creamy texture there. With this quite marked acidity giving a good lift, good mouthfeel and I would talk more about those zesty, yellow fruit, with those citrusy notes. With a quite long finish, with a more overall light toward mid-weight style. The aftertaste is quite long, certainly refreshing. A wine I would still say is quite youthful, perfectly enjoyable in more of a light, fresh, crispy style.
