Pale straw colour with a copper hue and youthful intense mousse. Pure nose displaying ripe fruit darker pinot notes of raspberry and plum with peach and brioche. Medium bodied with generous sweet fruit, yet remaining dry backed by a fresh acidity, light creaminess and some spicy gingerbread notes leading to a long and generous finish.
