Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue and fine mousseux. Pure nose with intense fruitiness, red berries, plum, pain d´épices and brioche notes. The palate is dense and structured with fine extract, ripe and unctuous red fruity notes backed by a bright acidity, mild creaminess, some nuttiness and a long lingering finish.
