Bright light golden with a copper hue and vivid young mousse. Pure and ripe nose in a non oxidative style, darker notes of plum, raspberry, pain d´épice, pink citrus and brioche. Good bite on the palate it displays ripeness and sweetness but remains dry with good tension and a bright acidity rather mild creaminess with fine spice and a long vigorous finish.
