Bright light golden with lively fine bubbles. Pure and generous nose that displays some oak, toast and vanilla with chalky hints, ripe citrus, white peach, hazelnut and some autolytic butter/brioche notes. Good grip and structure marrying a rather warm and ripe, yet precise fruit with a crisp acidity, mellow creaminess, well integrated oak with some nuttiness and very long pure finish.
