Medium to deep golden colour with a fine mousse. Mature and complex nose displaying pastry notes, fresh butter, roasted hazelnut, yellow fruit and mango. The palate offers a sensation of maturity and sweetness, but there´s a fresh bite to it, layers of spicy stone fruit with autolytic notes, dense, vigorous and very long finish, nicely done.
