Bright straw colour with a copper hue and vivid fine bubbles. The nose displays raspberry, plum, pain d´épice, roasted almond and some floral notes. The palate is on the fuller side, ripe fruit, yet with a well tuned level of acidity, mild creaminess, generous red berry flavours with a long finish.
