Philippe Fourrier – Rosé de Saignée – NV

Rather dark cherry pink colour with a creamy mousse. Pinot-driven aromas of raspberry, red currant, plum, ginger and clove. Creamy and ample palate with generous sweet fruit, red cherry, ginger and floral notes, a slight sense of sweetness and a rather long finish.
