Medium deep straw colour with vivid bubbles. Ripe fruit on the nose, some rubbery notes, rather Pinot-driven with plum, windfall and gingerbread spices. Structured and broad with a youthful acidity, creamy mousse, crushed fruit and a hint of smoky/rubber notes, still appearing youthful needing more time to soften and harmonize.
