Philippe Varone – Clos de Châteauneuf Barrique Blanc – 2008

Medium deep golden color, rather viscous texture. Some development on the nose, new oak, glazed fruit, honey and vanilla. The palate is rather dense with a mild acidity, creamy notes and a rather long, fresh finish.
