Medium deep golden colour with a lively mousse. The nose is pure, intense and vinous with rich pinot-aromas of darker fruit, raspberry, plum, gingerbread spice, ripe citrus, chalk and roasted nuts with autolytic butter and brioche. Very powerful yet balanced palate with finely tuned extract, a mild creaminess, bright acidity and dosage on the lower side perfectly balancing the ripe and unctuous fruit, long, bold and powerful finish, a big champagne still needing time to show its best.
