Philipponnat – Cuvée 1522 – 2004

Light golden colour with a lively mousse. The nose offers yellow fruit, candied citrus, saffron and ginger. The palate is rather full and generous, maybe a hint of oak. Plenty of fruit, some zesty notes and a hint of bitter grapefruit, creamy and unctuous texture, good freshness and medium to long finish.
