Inky dark purple colour. Fleshy and meaty nose with ripe dark fruit, cassis, fine oak and a discreet smokiness. The palate is dense and weighty with good proportions, fresh grainy tannin, well retained acidity and crunchy dark fruit like cassis and plum with aromatic herbs. Long and fresh finish yet with muscles and dense fruit.
