Intense dark purple hue. The nose displays some herbal, smoky and dark fruity notes with cassis and kirsch. Full bodied and dense, young but ripe tannin, fresh backbone, rather high ripeness but no flavour of alcohol, ripe cherry and currant flavours, the finish is long and dense. A youthful wine with good proportions and potential for development.
