Italy,
Veneto,
Sparkling wine, with a youthful, rather pale almost transparent colour, light straw, a hint of green. Pure nose; quite discreet aromas displaying chopped almond, green apple, some citrus and lime. Quite dry palate in terms of sweetness; there’s a slight slight hint of residual sugar but it appears quite dry. So well-maintained freshness, and a quite high acidity. The mousse is integrated, it adds to a creamy texture. When it comes to weight it’s a lighter style, it’s a fresh and friendly style with young crisp fruit, green apple notes; well-integrated and fairly low alcohol. In terms of weight and structure, medium weight and length I would say.
