Bright light golden colour. Very aromatic nose with grassy notes, fresh herbs, lemongrass, lime and citrus with pale fruit. Good grip, crisp and fresh with a nicely austere texture, a mineral notion and good length, it reveals more fruit towards the end with notes of elderflower and gooseberry.
