Pierre Boever & Fils – Millésime – 2010

Pale golden colour with a green hue and fine mousseux. A youthful nose displaying some herbal notes like green tea, mint and verbena with white fleshed fruit and citrus. Medium bodied and youthful with a fresh backbone, gently creamy with young restrained fruit, citrus and crushed apple notes with a moderately long finish.
