Pierre Callot et Fils – Les Avats – 2010

Medium deep golden colour with a vivid stream of fine bubbles. Spicy and peppery nose with rather exotic fruit and fresh butter. The palate is rounded and creamy with a mild acidity, sweet yellow fruit and buttery notes, medium to long with a soft slightly sweet finish.
