Bright green hue and straw colour. Rather aromatic with fresh lime, gooseberry, wild herbs and some floral notes. Crisp and fresh palate, a high acidity counterbalances some residual sugar, yet a good "vinous" feeling despite the absence of alcohol, crisp and generous fruit with a rounded finish.
