Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose displaying fresh lime, lemongrass and some herbal notes showing typical sauvignon notes. Close to dry on the palate with a gentle fruity sweetness, a rather light structure thanks to the absence of alcohol ; yet with good freshness flavour intensity and a certain length.
