Bright young straw colour with fine vivid bubbles, the nose display a certain nuttiness with fresh almond, citrus and white fleshed fruit notes. Crisp palate with a mild creamy texture, a vivid acidity with nutty young fruit flavours, despite the absence of alcohol, there´s a “winey” taste to it with good balance and light finish.
