Bright young straw colour with a green hue and creamy young mousse. The nose shows some lees derived butter, pastry and nuttiness rather than fruit with ripe citrus and almond hints. The palate is medium bodied with a gentle bitterness, zesty citrus and lemongrass flavours, bone dry rather on the extra brut side wth good grip and length, some approaching autolytic complex notes.
