Deep golden towards amber colour. Spicy nose showing ginger, clove, fig, orange zest and pinot-like red berry fruit. The palate is warm and nutty with good layers, a high sweetness balanced by the alcohol and a nutty spiciness, some mature complexity and a long spicy finish.
