Pierre Paillard – Bouzy Les Motellettes – 2007

Pale and young, bright colour; still restrained on the nose, although with a good mineral notion and vinous character; the palate has good freshness, medium weight, a youthful and creamy mousse - but it is still on the young side and deserves another few years of ageing.
